Mary Jane's Garden - Come Visit Our Garden 970x250

The COVID-19 pandemic dictated the way off-site work models were first implemented.  We needed to stay home for safety if our work roles allowed it, however long-term work modes had to be defined.  Basically, what was thought of as hybrid work was remote work out of necessity.  Above all, employees proved that they could and would perform their jobs working away from the office.

Productivity Includes Socialization

Employees should continue to assess their individual work commitments to determine where they are most productive.  Measure your own progress. Above all, be honest with yourself about whether you are more productive on work from home days. Hybrid work offers on-site, off-site, or a combination of both.  You have the option to choose the location where you can best honor the commitment for what you are being paid to do.
